Do I need a new phone number?
No. Twinzz connects directly to your existing business phone number. No porting, no new lines, no confusing your customers.

While accuracy is very high, no AI is perfect. Your Twin will introduce itself as an AI, and you can monitor all conversations through your dashboard (summaries, insights, and logs). If the Twin is unsure, it automatically escalates to a human, no hallucinations.
What if a customer gets frustrated and doesn’t want to speak to AI?
The system detects signals like frustration, confusion, or negative sentiment in real time. In these cases, it proactively escalates the conversation to a human to maintain a high-quality customer experience and satisfaction.
Will customers know they’re speaking to an AI?
Yes. The Twin clearly identifies itself as an AI at the beginning of the conversation, ensuring full transparency and compliance.
How is my data handled and protected?
Your data remains fully yours. Twinzz operates on secure cloud infrastructure with high security standards. We do not access or use your data beyond enabling the service, and you can request deletion at any time in accordance with GDPR.
How do I know my Twin is activated and ready to use?
Once you've completed the setup process in the Twinzz app and selected "Activate My Twin," you can make a test call to confirm everything is working.
If call forwarding is configured correctly, your Twin will answer the incoming call. If your phone rings instead, you may need to review your call-forwarding settings.
